When understanding yourself isn’t enough

Trauma-informed somatic coaching. Trained as a psychologist and trauma therapist in Ukraine.

Most people I work with already understand themselves well. They’ve read widely, often done therapy before, and can describe their patterns clearly — yet the understanding doesn’t translate into change. The patterns that shape stress, relationships, and self-worth tend to live at a level that insight alone doesn’t reach.

My work focuses on how the past shows up in the present — in the body, in relationships, in reactions that fire before you can catch them. It’s informed by psychodynamic thinking and EMDR (a structured approach to processing specific distressing or emotionally charged memories), and oriented toward steadier self-understanding and a different relationship with the patterns that run on autopilot.

How I work →
This may sound familiar
  • you’re exhausted but can’t stop pushing yourself;
  • you take care of everyone else, but come apart when you need support;
  • you understand your patterns intellectually, yet nothing really shifts.
